Eligibility for Return

  • Non-sale items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Note: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return. They can only be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.

  • You may exchange a product for:

    • The same product in a different variant (if available).

    • Another product of equal value.

  • Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
